Ibrom kicks of U13 National Academy in the Cook Islands

Jess Ibrom mobilized the first U13 national academy in the Cook Islands since he was last in the role as national technical director in 2017.

32 players have been selected from the six domestic based clubs on the main island of Rarotonga as well as the Outer Island of Aitutaki.

The national academies being part of the long-term strategy of the Cook Islands FA to be better prepared and more competitive when representing the member association at future Oceania Football Confederation Tournaments.
