Ibrom continuing CPD on Advanced Sporting Director Course

Ibrom this week started Unit 4 of the Advanced Sporting Director Course with Tommy Wilson Philadelphia Union Director of Academy and Professional Development) lecturing on the focus of the player development pathway.

Tommy will teach how to prepare academy players for the elite level, and strengthen your club's positioning in the market as a developer & seller club.

Promoting homegrown talents to the first team has always been a key pillar of Philadelphia Union's sporting strategy. The first team has signed fifteen homegrown players during Tommy Wilson's time as Academy Director, including Brenden Aaronson, Mark McKenzie and Paxten Aaronson.

Philadelphia Union Academy received the highest overall rating in Major League Soccer from Double Pass and was most recently named the best Boy's Soccer Club in the USA by SoccerWire.
